Workplace Violence Prevention Seminar/Workshop
This very empowering one day seminar/workshop is designed to increase awareness, education, prevention and the mitigation of the risk of Workplace Violence in the corporate environment. This course involves interactive exercises which will increase the retention and application of the material taught.
The AVADE® training is an integral piece of an effective workplace violence plan. A corporations overall plan should include administrative, behavioral and environmental strategies to prevent and mitigate the risk of WPV.
The AVADE® WPV Prevention training program for Corporations meets the requirements of State and Federal guidelines as well as OSHA’s General Duty Clause, to provide employees with a workplace free from recognized hazards likely to cause death or serious physical harm
This seminar/workshop can involve an optional hands-on component of escape based self-defense techniques which can be tailored to your organization or agencies needs.
