One Day Seminar
AVADE® Training – Personal Safety and Self-Defense
In this very interactive one day seminar/workshop, participants will learn how to effectively create, develop, and enhance their personal safety and ability to defend themselves with skills, habits and actions. This course involves individual and group interactive exercises which will increase the retention and application of the material taught. This course also offers a hands-on component of escape based self-defense techniques which can be tailored to your particular needs.
This one day course involves scenario based exercises, group interaction and discussion. Participants will increase their awareness of their environments and understand how time, distance, escape planning and fundamentals of personal self-defense can keep them safe wherever they go.
This workshop provides proven instructional techniques to enhance learning and retention of the material taught.
- All participants will receive an workbook and certificate of completion. Self-Defense DVD and the book “Be Safe Not Sorry” are additional to the cost of the One Day seminar. Please inquire about additional cost.
